HOW WILL I COMUTE MY GRADUATION PERCENTAGE? My name is Somnath Sinha and I need your help in clearing a doubt.I am from Calcutta University and I completed my Bsc Honours in Zoology from there. The norm of Calcutta University has always been to calculate and consider the Honours marks only that a student has achieved during the three year course .The marks of other General(pass) subjects such as Botany,Anthropology,English,Alternative English and EVS are never considered though their marks are given in the mark-sheet.I want to know what marks I should provide in the CAT form. The Honours marks or the COMBINED marks of Honours and Genearl subjects.
I am pursuing dual degree (BE + MSc.) . I am in my final year. Both of my degrees are running in parallel. Respected Team XAT, I have done my 10th from non-affiliated school to Punjab School Education Board, hence, in the marksheet, district of passing the exam is mentioned against field "School/District", however, during filling the XAT form, I am required to include my school name in the designated field. Hi, I have the following queries: (a) Can I mention only full time work experience in the application form? (b) Are internships and part-time work experience not considered here? (c) Can a fellowship (full time and paid) be considered as full time work experience? Thank you
my 10th std percentage is calculated(also mentioned in my marksheet) as per best 5 (out of 6 subjects) so should i mention aggregate percentage or as mentioned in my marksheet
As you mentioned in a previous query that if we don't select any of these three options (Business Management/ Human Resource/ General Management) it will not create any problem later. Then with due respect, I am forced to ask, "why it is adding Rs. 300 for every selection in the total amount to be paid?"
I am a Chartered Accountant ('CA'). We CAs, as part of our curriculum, are required to undergo three years of 'articleship'. The term 'articleship' is used to describe a 3 year long internship wherein students work on audit, tax and/or consulting assignments under guidance of a CA and are paid stipend (not salary). The working hours are 40 hours per week at the minimum and entails a full time commitment even though it is termed as an internship. It is partly undertaken during graduation and partly after graduation. Will the part undertaken after graduation be considered as work experience for XAT form filling purposes?
I have done my 10th and 12th from ICSE and ISC board respectively, so i am not sure what percentage has be eneterd in the 'percentage' block- whether the aggregate or the best of five subjects. Since ISC and ICSE board calculate their percentage in best-out-of five subjects' , was i having a doubt. Thankyou!
