Professional Qualification and Work Experience

I am a Qualified Company Secretary and have completed 12 Months of Compulsory CS Management Training. Where do i enter the details regarding it ? Will the training period under CS be counted as Work Experience? If the details regarding CS has to be entered under other qualification then how to calculate percentage and what to fill in Institution and Board/ University?
